I went for my usual two mile walk this morning, before the air got too hot. The sun shone brightly and in my head Jimmy Cliff sang "It's gonna be a bright, bright sunshiny day." The more I thought about the lyrics, the more I thought about the Light. It can soothe, energize, nurture, or be painfully intense, but it's always essential for discernment.
