Dear Friend,
Some winters, the cold chills me to the bone. This year a different kind of cold goes deeper, to my soul.
I'm buoyed by a quote from Albert Camus: "In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer." Someone shared that with me years ago, and it was one step in my journey to being a convinced Friend. I hope the Inner Light shines for you, too, through this very challenging time.
Suggestions for curling up with a good book can be found in our Black History Month Collection and the February Friends Journal reviewed books.
Any Bookstore questions? I'm happy to answer them.
