Quakers founded Philadelphia in 1682 as a revolutionary experiment in freedom. More than 330 years later, Philly Quakers have a new experiment to share – QuakerBooks.

Join Quakers in the 21st century for a party at QuakerBooks! On Saturday, May 9th, book lovers from throughout the Delaware Valley are invited to come and explore our selection of books on spirituality and activism at our new location at Pendle Hill near Media. We’re excited to welcome several Quaker authors for a book signing in the afternoon. So join us for a lively gathering of friends, books, and food on May 9th!

UPDATED: We're thrilled to announce that author J. Brent Bill (Finding God in the Verbs, Holy Silence), Steve Chase(Letters to a Fellow Seeker), and Bayard Rustin: The Invisible Activist authors Jacqueline Houtman and Walter Naegle will be on hand for a multi-author book signing starting at 1:30pm!

Steve Chase: 3:30pm to 4:30pm
